Booking Info.

To book a unit you will need the following-

2 forms of identification, one must have a photo and current address and one must have a current address, E.g. Photo driving licence & Utility bill

Cash or cheque to make payment until the end of the current month or after the 16th of the month payment until the end of the following month.

After the initial payment all other payments are due by the 1st day of the month.

Payments are required monthly in advance, after the minimum letting term its pay by the day and unused days are refunded.

One week’s notice must be given for termination of the hire.
